How do I become a customer?

  1. Go to sesonline.com.

  2. In the header, click Become a Customer.


What can I expect during the application process?

First, you’ll fill out an application for a cash or credit account.

After you’ve submitted your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email from SES with a request ID and instructions on monitoring your application's status. You may need to upload additional documentation.

Once you’ve completed the application checklist, you’ll receive an email from SES to confirm that a decision will be made and communicated to you shortly.


How long does the application process take?

The application process takes between two to four weeks.


Why was my application denied?

Your application may have been denied because we haven’t received all the information we needed from you.


How do I increase my credit limit?

Reach out to your local branch salesperson to initiate the process of changing your credit limit.
