What is counter pickup?
Counter pickup is one of our order pickup options. Pick up your order at your local branch during store hours (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM), Monday through Friday.
Who is eligible for counter pickup?
You must have an active SES account.
How do I place a counter pickup orders?
Online orders: At checkout, select “Counter Pickup” for your ship via.
In-person or by phone: Place an order for counter pickup at your local branch.
When do I pick up my order?
Online orders: Your local branch salesperson may call or email you when your order is ready for pickup.
In-person or by phone: After you’ve placed your order, your local salesperson will give you an estimated pickup time.
Pickup time estimates are based on the availability of the items on your order.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
We’ll hold counter pickup orders for 30 days after they’re ready.
I won’t be able to pick up my order in time.
If you’re unable to pick up your order within 30 days, we’ll credit your account for the order amount and release the items into stock.
