What is the Ready Room?
Ready Rooms are secured rooms where we hold your order for you to pick up within any 24-hour window.
Pick up your order from a Ready Room at your local branch, any time from Monday to Sunday, including holidays. Your order will be secured in a locker or cage.
Ready Rooms aren’t available at the Milwaukee branch.
Who is eligible for the Ready Room?
You must have an active SES account.
Ready Room services aren’t available for cash-only accounts.
How do I place an order for the Ready Room?
Online orders: At checkout, select “Ready Room” for your ship via. Orders must be placed during business hours.
In-person or by phone: Ask your salesperson about Ready Room availability when placing your order.
When do I pick up my order?
When your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification email with the Ready Room door code, your cage number, and your locker code.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
We’ll hold Ready Room orders for 24 hours.
The order cut-off time for same-day pickup at your Ready Room is 5:00 PM local time. Any orders placed after that time will be available the next business day.
I won’t be able to pick up my order.
Your local branch salesperson may contact you about your order if you aren’t able to pick it up within 24 hours. If you’re able to pick up your order within two business days, it will remain in the Ready Room or be moved to Counter Pickup, based on your preference.
If you’re unable to pick up your order within two business days, we will credit your order and release the items into stock.
What if I cancel my order?
We’ll credit your account for the order amount (or issue a refund if you used a credit card) and release the items into stock.
What if I want the order shipped instead?
We’ll credit your original Ready Room order and enter a new invoice with the shipping address and method of your choice.
