User Roles and Permissions

Only company admins can view, add, and delete user roles and permissions.

How do I view my user roles?

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Click on your account button to navigate to your dashboard.

  3. In the sidebar, go to Roles and Permissions.

Mobile

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Go to My Account > Roles and Permissions.


How do I add a user role and set permissions?

You can set permissions on a specific user role, but not by specific user.

  1. Go to Roles and Permissions.

  2. Click Add New Role.

  3. Enter the name of the role.

  4. Select the modules the role can access.

  5. Click Save Role.


How do I edit a user role and its permissions?

  1. Go to Roles and Permissions.

  2. Click Edit for the appropriate role.

  3. Update the user role and permissions.

  4. Click Save Role.


How do I create a user role based on an existing user role?

  1. Go to Roles and Permissions.

  2. Click Duplicate for the appropriate role.

  3. Update the user role name and permissions.

  4. Click Save Role.


How do I delete user roles?

Deleting user roles is permanent and cannot be undone.

  1. Go to Roles and Permissions.

  2. Click Delete for the appropriate role.

  3. Click Delete.
