View your open orders and order history.
How do I view my open orders and order history?
Log into your account.
Click on your account button to navigate to your dashboard.
In the sidebar, go to Open Orders.
Click on a document number to see more details.
Mobile
Log into your account.
Go to My Account > Open Orders.
Tap on a document number to see more details.
Tap the ☰ hamburger menu and go to My Account to navigate to your dashboard from other pages.
What’s included in my order details?
Order details include the order number, purchase order number (if you entered one), ship via, recipient of the package, and shipping address.
Line details include the item number, item description, item name, quantity, and price.
